Steps

When viewing a dashboard or chart, you can export it to a PDF or PPTX file, or save it as an image file (JPG or PNG). When exporting to PDF or PPTX, you can export the chart or dashboard only, or the dashboard or chart with the data in a table also.
If multiple dashboards are displayed on different tabs, exporting to a PDF or PPTX saves each chart or dashboard. Saving a dashboard or chart as an image file saves only the currently displayed dashboard or chart.
The file format depends on the Chart Report Type value set in > Preferences > Performance. The options available are PDF and PowerPoint.
